What is it?
The EU close to you
Europe Direct consists of two parts: a central contact service (Europe Direct Contact Centre) accessible by phone, contact form and chat, and a network of around 400 physical information centres across the EU.
The centres are run by communications professionals with EU expertise. They organise conferences, debates and events, work with schools and media, and pass citizens' views on to the European Commission.
